Terms of use
These terms apply to the Automation Toolkit website and to professional assessment and clinic engagements described on this site.
Acceptance
By using automationtoolkit.digital or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Services described
Pages describing assessments, clinics, readouts, and audits are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fee, and schedule in writing (email is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Automation Toolkit. Findings packs and workshop materials produced for a client belong to that client upon full payment, except for reusable templates and methods that Automation Toolkit may reuse in anonymized form.
Client materials
You remain responsible for archives, logs, and credentials you share. You warrant that you have the right to provide them for analysis and that sensitive production secrets are redacted where required by your policies.
Liability
Assessments interpret existing automation results; they do not guarantee defect-free releases. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automation Toolkit’s aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delayed releases or lost revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction over Chungcheongnam-do shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; active engagements follow the terms confirmed at kickoff unless both parties agree otherwise.
