Data we collect
When you submit a brief we receive your name, email address, optional assessment interest, suite-size notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, user agent, and requested URLs. Cookie data is described on the cookies page.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule assessments, and maintain records of engagements. We use limited analytics cookies (if accepted) to understand which pages are visited.
Retention
Inquiry emails and form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active contract, tax, or dispute. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days. Engagement archives you provide are retained only for the engagement duration plus thirty days unless you ask us to return or destroy them sooner.
User rights
Subject to Korean personal information protection law and other applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@automationtoolkit.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Korea.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Korea. If a processor outside Korea hosts email or website infrastructure, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify material processors on request.
Security
We apply access controls and least-privilege handling to inquiry mailboxes and client archives. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or production secrets in the contact form.
Updates
We may revise this notice by updating this page. Significant changes affecting active clients will also be communicated by email when practical.
