Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to paid assessments, clinics, readouts, and audits offered by Automation Toolkit. They do not describe product shipments or software subscriptions because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Fees are refundable according to the timing of cancellation relative to the agreed kickoff date and the work already performed. Informational website pricing is not a charge; only confirmed written engagements create payment obligations.
Deposits
Assessments typically require a thirty percent deposit to reserve facilitation dates. Clinics and single readouts may be billed in full before the session. Deposits secure calendar time and preparation against your archives.
Full refund
If you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before kickoff, and we have not begun archive review, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
Cancellations between fourteen and seven days before kickoff receive a refund of fifty percent of amounts paid, unless substantial archive review has already been delivered—in which case fees for completed preparation are deducted at the agreed daily rate stated in the engagement note.
Non-refundable items
- Facilitation days already delivered
- Findings packs or draft sections already shared with you
- Agreed travel costs already incurred for an on-site kickoff
- Third-party room or equipment fees booked at your request
Work already started
Once archive review or workshop facilitation has begun, fees for completed portions remain due. Unused future sessions within the same engagement may be refunded or rescheduled as described below.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least seven days’ notice and a new date within sixty days is agreed. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of ten percent of the engagement fee to cover remobilization.
No-shows
If key stakeholders do not attend a scheduled remote or on-site session without twenty-four hours’ notice, that session is considered delivered for billing purposes. We will offer one short written summary of preparation status instead of a full redo at no charge.
Refund process and timing
Email info@automationtoolkit.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds follow the account details you confirm in writing.
Purchased materials
We do not sell physical kits. Any printed workshop handouts prepared for your session are included in facilitation fees and are not separately refundable once printed for an attended or no-show session.
Exceptions
If Automation Toolkit cancels an engagement for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or you may choose a replacement date at no extra fee.
